Our May Fayre has been held annually since 2002 on the Saturday of the early May Day Bank Holiday weekend, and has developed into one of Epping’s main annual events, attracting hundreds of visitors.
With plenty of food, drink, stalls, exhibits and arena events, there is plenty to keep the whole family entertained. It really is a fun day out!
The Fayre takes place under the trees of Forties Field, accessed from the Recreation Ground at the southern end of Lower Swaines.
We can always use more volunteer help to set up the stalls and the arena, so if you are able to assist please contact us.
Please note the 2020 May Fayre has been cancelled due to the coronavirus epidemic.
At this stage we anticipate the May Fayre will be held next year, the expected date is Saturday 1st May 2021.
